Ministry Needs
1. We are still in need of a venue to host our banquet where we will give you the ability to envision the future of Outreach for Christ.
2. We are in need of a couple reliable vehicles as we have some drivers ready to help out with the ministry errands.
3. We are in need of some construction work at the current men’s discipleship house.
4. We would like to start a worship night once a month. We need some talented worship leaders to help us start.
5. We would like some people to participate in mission days with us. We will provide the mission. We just need some willing participants to hang out with us for a few hours once in a while to love on the homeless.
6. As always, we are in need of increased financial donations to go towards are upcoming Women and Children’s Home. We will share the vision at the banquet.
7. We are in need of more volunteers in the Norfolk area.
Answered Prayers
We want to thank you for praying for our needs especially when we know everyone has needs. We are grateful for the prayers of refreshing. We believe we will be sharing an exciting answer to prayer in the next newsletter. We also have some to share now. We are so blessed to have a very over qualified tutor for our 10 year old son. He is getting the help he needs and it is quite miraculous how that came to pass. It could only be answered prayer. Also, thank you for praying for our family. There are times of difficulty that sometimes seem unbearable. Sometimes we get the urge to give up and then we are reminded that we gave our lives to the Lord to do with whatever he wants. Your prayers of refreshing have been a blessing. Just when we feel like we cannot go any further, God sends someone alongside to help. So we continue to fight the good fight of faith and put our trust in God to do the things we physically cannot.
Logistics
We are learning as we go. We have the Bible as our handbook and a willingness to do whatever God has planned. We don’t have any idea what the end result will be, but we know we are in the best hands. We have prayer warriors covering every step in prayer and interceding for this ministry. We truly believe this type of ministry is filled with people who are committed to being the hands and feet of Jesus. We are blessed that so many people have a burden to see souls won to the kingdom. Evangelism is a much needed talent in this ministry. We truly believe that Jesus is the answer to every single life problem and we have so many opportunities everyday to give this answer to those that need him. Please pray that we never get caught up in the busy-ness of ministry that we are not ministering. Wayne Skinner showed us the importance of just loving on the people and being there when it seems nobody else is. We have learned to relate to people we normally would have nothing in common with. We make an effort to find some common ground and to attempt to see things from their perspectives. Please pray that the Lord keeps us humble enough to always be able to care where people are coming from and caring enough to always pray for them to walk in the blessing that comes only from knowing, intimately our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Together we can!
If you are thinking of giving extra this month, you can label it to go towards the women’s program. We are short of the money needed, but we know we can accomplish this with everyone working together!
